If you have a strong accountancy background and AAT level 4 or above, had you thought of supporting AAT students?  Maybe you have already done some unofficial training at work and found it to be something very rewarding that you would like to make into a career.   Working from home you'd be joining an AAT accredited training provider with an impressive background  in training accountancy professionals in becoming trainers.  You would receive excellent train the trainer support and have the opportunity to study for training and assessing qualifications.  The role is full time, but there is some flexibility over the hours.

Essential Requirements

The Awarding Body state that all trainers must possess AAT level 4 and must have a strong work history within an accountancy office.

Whilst due the current Covid situation the role is mainly home based, in the future you may be required to meet with your learners occasionally face to face so you must be prepared to travel across the north west.  The Head Office is in Manchester, so there will be occasional travel into the office for training etc.  This means you must have your own transport.

As you will be communicating with your learners via video link and the phone, you must have excellent communication skills.

If you have delivered any training before, either officially or unofficially, that would be helpful too.
