About the role:

If you have worked within the housing sales or rental market for several years and have a sound understanding of the sector, had you thought of using your knowledge to train the next generation of people working within estate agency, property rentals, housing associations, etc.? You would receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 (depending upon your experience) whilst you you learn about apprenticeships and have first class training and support from a company who have a sound track record in taking industry specialists, like you and turning them into training professionals.  You'd have the opportunity to study for you training and assessing qualifications too.

Essential for the role:

You must have worked within either estate agency, property rentals, housing associations, or similar for several years and have a good understanding of the roles within your sector.

You may have already done some training.  Maybe you have inducted newcomers to your company, maybe you have worked with trainees and apprentices.  What ever your exposure to training has been, it is something you've really enjoyed and you instinctively know you'd be good at it.

Although much of the training is online now due to Covid, you must have your own transport and be able and willing to travel when the need occurs.

You'll be working from home and managing and planning your own diary, so you must be self motivated and well organised.

It goes without saying that you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
