£22,000 plus large company benefits package

As an experienced and competent MIS Administrator you’d be working for a large, national, specialist training provider.

Your role will be supporting learners who are undergoing professional training and apprenticeship programmes up to level 7.

This will involve:

As an MIS Administrator you will be responsible for the registering of new learners, ensuring all documentation is accurate and follows the correct processes in order to be compliant and in line with funding requirements.

You'll be working with the quality assurance department to ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with guidelines for the apprenticeship and training sector.

It will be your responsible to ensure the documentation for funding is compliant and of course accurate and up to date for each learner.

You'll be the sort of person whose work is always accurate, so you'll be ensuring high standards are achieved to comply with OFSTED inspection frameworks

You'll also understand the importance of learner care and you'll dealing directly with learner enquiries to ensure they receive great support and client care in a caring and timely fashion.

 

Essential for the role:

You will have recently held a role of MIS Administrator, or Training Administrator or Apprenticeship Administrator or similar.

You will have dealt with all the processes described above and be fully conversant in what needs to happen in order to comply with all guidelines and inspection frameworks.

Because you'll be working for a prestigious training provider you will be professional in every way with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

You will have strong IT skills - particularly Word, Excel and email.

And overall you'll be an great team player who understands the importance of getting this role right and working professionally and proficiently.
