We are looking for an experienced quality-driven professional within education and training for this newly created and progressive opportunity. As Quality & Curriculum Coordinator, you support and take a lead role in a range of activities around quality assurance and improvement of training. Including gathering summarising and reporting on information from Quality Assurance reviews, reports and surveys, whilst building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role may include office as well as home based work so candidates must have a flexible approach to travel, candidates based in the North West or London region would be ideal, however location can be flexible for the right person. 

£28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + 22 days holiday plus bank, travel expenses paid, working equipment + benefits package.

You will be responsible for
- Support the Quality Director and apprenticeship manager with the provision of information and assists in self-assessments reports
- Contribute to the validation of self-assessments across all curriculum areas
- Monitor and review all curriculum and training programme areas and be a point of call for learners, trainers and external stakeholder queries 
Assist with the quality assurance of the curriculum
- Manage the relay of quality essential information across the company
- Analyse performance data from a quality and contract delivery perspective
- Lead on the development, administration and maintenance of quality systems
- Lead and assist in the coordination of auditory bodies (including Ofsted, trade & awarding bodies)

Essential Criteria
- Experience in Quality Control is essential (with a college, private training provider or similar)
- Knowledgeable across quality assurance within education/ work based learning/ training environment 
- Good knowledge of ESF/ESFA & Ofsted compliance
- Experience with Quality Management systems and standards of ISO accreditations
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Excellent report writing skills and the ability to present information in a fluent and persuasive manner to people at a range of levels.
