A well established, niche market, global training provider seeks a Skills Coach.  The learners will all be studying towards level 3 - 6 apprenticeships.  This means the learners are all highly engaged and studying for professional qualifications.

The role of a Skills Coach is to keep learners on track thus ensuring timely completions.  To do this the Skills Coach will conduct progress reviews and have online meetings with their learners every four weeks.  Some of these may be  1:1 and some may be group sessions.

It will be part of the responsibility of the Skills Coach to mark work and work closely with the learner to help them build their porfolios.

This training provider's learners work for both levy payers and SMEs.  Despite these turbulent times, this training provider has continued to thrive and grow the company and the apprenticeship provision.  The sectors in which they operate are very buoyant, and enjoying significant growth, hence the reason why they are looking to expand their delivery team further.

In the role of Skills Coach, your learners are national so it is home based and will require travel to the offices twice a month for standardisation and team meetings etc.  This company has really embraced remote working and has put into place some very innovative and fun methods for keeping their employees engaged and building a strong team spirit.  They are a company who believe in high standards and hard work but as they saying goes, "work hard, play hard," and they certainly do that.

The other thing of note is that the company has a great track record for continual professional development of its employees, so if there is a qualification you wish to work towards, they will support you with this providing it is work relevant.  They also tend to promote from within, so it is a great place to be if you wish to progress your career.

They are an approved training provider for a wealth of bodies and have always and will continue to deliver high standards of training provision and learner care.  They are currently working towards being an Ofsted Outstanding training provider.
